I fired my boss!

today, I learned that a good friend of mine quit, he worked in a very well-known technology companies, many sharpening head to enter this company. I asked him why, originally expected to answer might be “I need a bigger challenge”, or “the position has been hold me, I need a bigger development space”, but he said “I’m fed up with my boss.

he said that let me associate it all just because of those who can’t stand the boss resigned. Work is exciting, the team is very harmonious, but the boss (manager) the last straw. In this case, you can see is the loss of good staff, management and all sat round the table to try to find out the crux of the brain drain, thinking method of retaining employees.
